PRSMATIK is a free web-based tool that processes images to create chromadepth-style 3D art effects and generates procedural patterns. The service is provided "as is" for personal and commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload images you own or have permission to process
• Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the service
• Not use automated systems to access the service excessively

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload. PRSMATIK does not claim ownership of your content.

Generated Images: Images processed by PRSMATIK belong to you. You may use them freely for any purpose.

Our Service: The PRSMATIK software, design, and branding are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reproduced.

Trademarks: CHROMADEPTH is a registered trademark (Registration #2271494) owned by AMERICAN PAPER OPTICS, LLC.

5. Privacy and Data

We do not store your uploaded images. All processing happens in memory, and images are immediately discarded after processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PRSMATIK is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or quality of processed images
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRSMATIK and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
